There are seven major modifications required to the SLC-8 MAT, one to the Launch Equipment Vault, and the addition of transporter and breakover fixture pads to provide support for the Minotaur IV vehicle.

A summary of the MAT modifications are shown in the figure below. An eighth MAT modification is for support of EGSE Contingency Power.
